Leah Brady Plays The Young Mae
Mae’s younger actor has less to do but is equally brilliant
On the other side ofThe Acolyte ’s Force Dyadis Mae . InThe Acolyteepisode 3 , Mae is played by Lauren Brady ’s material - biography baby , Leah Brady . Although Osha gets the bulk ofThe Acolyteepisode 3 ’s direction , Mae realise an impression thanks to Leah Brady ’s performance . Brady captures the subtle yet rising ire of Mae exceptionally well , with Mae being unwaveringly committed to her coven of witches where her sister is not . As alluded to , Mae is given less to do inThe Acolyteepisode 3 , with much of the focus on Osha .
That said , Leslye Headland has hinted that Mae ’s point of scene on the result will come in the future , likely giving Leah Brady more time in the glare . Even without that , The Acolyteepisode 3 is a good showcase of Brady ’s talents , from the ira and furore of Mae to the love for her sister and the insidious nuances that differentiate her from Osha . With other course credit inThe Umbrella AcademyandViolent Night , this is no surprise . Hopefully , The Acolyte ’s next episodes delve deeper into the flashbacks of Mae and Osha ’s puerility , if only to see the Brady twins continue their fine study .
