Night Swim’s Family Drama Works Thanks To A Committed Cast & Script
Despite the weak horror , Night Swimhas a square enough script , one that is elevated by a cast that leans into their character and fib . There ’s never a moment where the emotions and talks are overwrought or insincere . Wyatt Russell is particularly excellent as Ray , equilibrate seriousness and kindness with threat . The relaxation of the family unit — Kerry Condon , Amélie Hoeferle , and Gavin Warren — is equally up to the labor of cede quality performance . The player take their part seriously and fetch pathos to the chronicle , bolstering an otherwise unchilling , timid pic .
Despite the weak horror , Night Swimhas a hearty enough script , one that is lift by a roll that leans into their characters and taradiddle .
