Galaxy Warfighter

Developer Qplaze ’s new retro shoot’em up gameGalaxy Warfighterisheavily inspired by classical game in the musical style . Flying through space and destroying other ship feel great on theNintendo Switch , and the visuals never cease to energise the player . Galaxy Warfighter’sprogression system is imbalanced however ,   and forces players to fight against the same four bosses throughout the game .

The control forGalaxy Warfighterare tight and simple . Players only have to worry about using the left stick to check their ship and two button for special ability . The ship will fire automatically ,   set aside   instrumentalist   to focalize on dodging incoming attacks . Moving the ship around on concealment is reactive and players should have no problems pluck up the controls rapidly .

The trouble level is pretty high in the starting time , and players   may find themselves reprise several commission . This is particularly evident once bosses enter the mix , as players are task with dodging all manner of projectile while purport for minor weak points . Theboss struggle are , at least at first , the whiz of the show . Beating one for the first clip is rewarding and players will be emotional to see whatGalaxy Warfighterthrows at them next .

The issue here though is that once player make it past the fourth level , Galaxy Warfighterhas nothing young to show off . There are only four gaffer , so for the other 96 levels players will be   reliving   the same fights at the end of each tier . These enemies also do n’t gain any new abilities either , despite seeming to get ahead more hit points as players get into the later stages . The minuscule amount of health that the chief pick up later on ca n’t keep up with the rate that the histrion is growing by buying raise though .

The upgrade system represent another major defect inGalaxy Warfighter’smechanics . The game has a high difficult bend at first , but once players have acquired a few upgrades it becomes very well-to-do . Normal foe and honcho are incapable of hold open up with the amount that the player is capable to work up , peculiarly once player are able to larn the Time Stop upgrade . instrumentalist who habituate this ability during a boss battle will be able to fetch up off them off without taking any damage at all . As players continue to level up they will quickly come to take in that they are basically untouchable .

In its other momentsGalaxy Warfighterseems like it is on to something particular . The fight mechanics are tight and the difficulty is high but fair . Even the other boss battles are fun and change up gameplay in interesting way . woefully , actor will quickly come to realize that they will be doing the same thingsover and over again in this repetitious space shooter . Difficulty as well drops off considerably and it becomes well-heeled to just breeze through stratum . Despite its ripe moments , Galaxy Warfightermostly just repeats itself for 100 levels .
